What you'll do

Design and develop complex electrical systems, sub-systems, and solutions using engineering methods.
Collect and analyze data to support research and development for improved electrical system designs.
Develop functional specifications for electro-mechanical systems and power distribution components.
Modify custom and OEM system components in coordination with cross-functional design teams.
Perform hands-on testing and validation of electrical systems using laboratory equipment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
Hands-on experience in electronic circuit design (analog and digital), signal and controls theory, and electrical board design.
Solid understanding of AC/DC power distribution systems and system-level electrical architecture integration.
Working knowledge of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and low voltage circuit design for power and control applications.
Expertise in applying power and controls technologies for systems automation.
Proficiency with CAD tools for circuit design and simulation, such as PCAD, ORCAD, ZUKEN, AutoCAD, Spice, ADS, or HFSS.
Experience in power panel design, including layout, component selection, and wiring practices.
Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations like NFPA 70/NEC, NFPA 79, UL, CE, SEMI, or IEC.
