Senior Product Associate, Domestic Wires and Security

What you'll do

• Identify new product opportunities through user research, data analysis, and market trend monitoring.
• Lead the development and implementation of experience and platform capabilities within the Wires ecosystem.
• Conduct journey mapping and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
• Track and evaluate product metrics to ensure alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.
• Develop requirements, epics, and user stories using AI tools to support product development.
• Coordinate with scrum teams to manage rollout plans and address upstream/downstream implications.
• Ensure all product features comply with legal, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management.
• Proven track record of executing end-to-end product delivery for complex, large-scale initiatives.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and AI tools.
• Experience in fraud, scam prevention, risk, and authentication controls in digital flows.
• Working knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Good technical and platform understanding.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
