Senior Product Manager, Endpoint Security

What you'll do

• Develop risk-based, data-driven roadmaps for enterprise security services and capabilities in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
• Analyze and select technology alternatives based on threat landscape, risk, desirability, feasibility, and viability.
• Advise executive decision-makers on business and technology risks grounded in current threat intelligence.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes to evaluate the market and procure effective cybersecurity solutions.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable endpoint security product requirements and control frameworks.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for endpoint security, including evaluation, vendor selection, and enterprise-scale rollout.
• Establish product value propositions, success metrics, and key performance indicators for security features.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead team members to achieve high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 6 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology.
• At least 3 years of experience translating cybersecurity strategy and analysis into product requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science (preferred).
• 7+ years of experience solving cyber technical challenges (preferred).
• 7+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into products (preferred).
• 4+ years of Cyber product owner experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, hands-on JIRA, or professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP (preferred).
