As a Senior Product Associate - Technical Security within the Global Security Technical Security team, you will manage multi-million-dollar projects supporting retail and corporate security through access control, alarm monitoring, and video surveillance technologies. You will be responsible for the direct configuration of hardware and software ecosystems, crafting operational playbooks, and performing complex reporting data analysis to synthesize program trends. The role involves evaluating innovative technologies, conducting iterative testing on large populations of security devices, and managing vendor roadmaps while navigating project tollgates from ideation to execution. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Project, alongside experience with SQL or similar database tools. You will solve complex problems by integrating physical security systems with basic IT networking infrastructure to ensure robust security across diverse environments.
Manage multi-million-dollar security projects from ideation through execution while tracking key milestones.
Configure and manage hardware and software ecosystems for video surveillance and access control.
Analyze complex datasets to synthesize trends and build reporting dashboards for stakeholders.
Create polished PowerPoint presentations to communicate technical benefits and ROI to executive leadership.
Evaluate innovative technologies and perform iterative testing on large populations of security devices.
Develop operational playbooks, job aides, and technical documentation for internal training partners.
Manage compliance and audit tasks by maintaining KPIs and providing evidence of control completion.

What we're looking for
4+ years of experience with project, program, and/or product management.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Knowledge of physical security technology systems (Video Systems, Access Control, Intrusion Detection) and basic IT networking and infrastructure design.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills to synthesize and present complex data to senior audiences.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
Ability to work autonomously in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with Technical Security program and/or product management (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or technology (preferred); SQL proficiency; and knowledge of agile methodologies (preferred).
