As Director, Technical Solutions - Microsoft Advertising, you will lead the Technical Solutions Organization to develop a global team of managers and technical professionals. You are responsible for defining the long-term vision, strategy, and operating model while fostering an inclusive culture focused on customer impact and innovation. Your daily work involves driving workforce planning, talent development, and building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across strategic customers, agencies, publishers, and technology partners. You will establish scalable playbooks, develop data-driven approaches to measure engagement effectiveness, and partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence product strategy through customer insights. The role requires expertise in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, systems engineering, or industrial controls. You will navigate complex environments involving enterprise software, cloud platforms, AI-powered technologies, API ecosystems, advertising technology, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering or technology field and 6+ years of technical experience in software, network, service, systems, or industrial controls.
Master's Degree in a relevant engineering or technology field and 8+ years of technical experience in software, network, service, systems, or industrial controls.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering or technology field and 12+ years of technical experience in software, network, service, systems, or industrial controls.
Equivalent experience to the specified degree and year requirements is acceptable.
Significant experience leading managers and technical organizations.
Experience building and leading customer-facing technical teams and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
Experience driving outcomes across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional organizations.
Experience supporting enterprise software, cloud platforms, AI technologies, API ecosystems, advertising technology, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
