The Director, Technical Program Management joins the Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering organization to lead large-scale, complex programs across multiple lines of business. This role focuses on the integration of two highly diverse technology ecosystems, requiring the candidate to define end-to-end roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Cloud, Identity, and Connectivity pillars, and manage stakeholders in Cybersecurity and Risk. Key responsibilities include evaluating architectural patterns, developing standardized integration playbooks, and overseeing governance and compliance for operational transitions. The position requires expertise in distributed computing, highly available services, and cloud computing architecture, specifically using AWS. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to build data-intensive solutions within highly regulated environments while driving the adoption of AI-powered project management and automation solutions to optimize delivery workflows and identify cross-functional dependencies.
Define, manage, and track the end-to-end integration roadmap to align workstreams with business objectives.
Coordinate complex technical workstreams across internal sub-teams and infrastructure pillars like Cloud, Identity, and Connectivity.
Evaluate architectural patterns and technology solutions to identify gaps and implement scalable, modern solutions.
Act as the primary liaison between Cybersecurity, Risk, and Line of Business partners to manage risk and resolve escalations.
Codify lessons learned into a standardized, repeatable integration playbook to accelerate future scaling efforts.
Oversee governance, controls, and compliance requirements while transitioning integrated systems into business-as-usual support models.
Drive the adoption of AI-powered project management and automation solutions to optimize delivery workflows and resource allocation.
What we're looking for
At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing (preferred).
3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services or architecture, preferably AWS (preferred).
3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs with ownership of business or technical vision (preferred).
Experience building systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment (preferred).
MBA or Master’s Degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience (preferred).
