What you'll do

Define project scope and design solutions for high-complexity commercial real estate enterprise engagements.
Translate financial, operational, and leasing requirements into technical specifications and data workflows.
Prioritize and sequence engineering work across delivery pods to align with client priorities.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for senior client leadership and executive stakeholders.
Design integrations and data models using certified real estate systems like Yardi, MRI, and VTS.
Establish and maintain architecture standards and reusable solution patterns across all delivery teams.
Integrate AI and LLM-based tools to accelerate solution design, data mapping, and project delivery.

What we're looking for

Must have 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise delivery, or implementation consulting for high-complexity engagements.
Requires strong commercial real estate business acumen regarding asset management, financial, and leasing workflows.
Must have hands-on experience with CRE systems such as Yardi, MRI, VTS, or similar platforms.
Requires strong data engineering fundamentals including ETL/ELT, data modeling, and API-based integrations.
Must possess executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills for high-level client interaction.
Must demonstrate an AI-first mindset with experience using AI/LLM-based tools to accelerate design and delivery.
