  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines in partnership with engineering, product, and DevOps leaders.
  • Adapt quality processes for diverse environments ranging from high-velocity web applications to risk-mitigated legacy core systems.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators such as defect escape rates and test coverage for executive reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defect rates and accelerate software release cycles.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in software portfolio management, quality engineering, test strategy, and related technical disciplines.
  • 7+ years of experience leading large, globally distributed quality or engineering organizations.
  • Proven track record of building, scaling, or transforming BPR, engineering, or testing functions across multiple geographies and domains.
  • Expertise in testing methodologies for enterprise applications, cloud-native systems, mobile platforms, legacy architectures, and AI/ML pipelines.
  • Strong automation acumen with experience using frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and RestAssured.
