What you'll do

Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team.
Work with product managers to define application capabilities and testing scenarios.
Design, develop, test, implement, and support full-stack technical solutions across Agile teams.
Ensure the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of all software solutions.
Lead efforts to deploy new and existing applications into AWS environments.
Break existing monolithic applications into microservice architectures and build new microservices.

What we're looking for

At least 7 years’ experience in software development.
At least 5 years’ experience in people management.
Experience with node.js, Java, GO, React, Python, REST, JSON, NoSQL, relational databases, and AWS/Cloud Infrastructure.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred).
10+ years’ of experience in software development (preferred).
5+ years’ of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
3+ years’ of experience in launching product from the ground up (preferred).
