What you'll do

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals using an empathy-first management philosophy.
Manage corporate accounting operations for approximately 12 subsidiaries, including intercompany eliminations and multi-currency translations.
Implement AI-driven automation across the accounting function using tools like Claude.
Oversee complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, leases, stock-based compensation, and consolidations.
Design and maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting to ensure SOX compliance.
Manage the relationship with external auditors and ensure accurate financial disclosures.
Develop and maintain comprehensive accounting policies and procedures for a rapidly evolving business.
Communicate complex financial information and analysis clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA certification is highly preferred.
10+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth and public company environments.
Experience managing accounting for multiple legal entities including intercompany transactions and multi-currency consolidations.
Strong command of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.
Proficiency with NetSuite and Ramp is highly preferred.
Experience with Claude Cowork and/or Code is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to lead teams using an empathy-first management philosophy in ambiguous environments.
