What you'll do

  • Lead full-cycle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for accurate financial statements.
  • Oversee accounting for major capital expenditures including AUC tracking and depreciation scheduling.
  • Manage relationships with U.S. and Korean banks to coordinate treasury activities.
  • Optimize Procure-to-Pay process to ensure timely vendor payments and strict internal controls.
  • Serve as strategic link between U.S. accounting team and Korean Headquarters on regulatory updates.
  • Establish localized accounting policies and provide guidance on cost-related matters and revenue recognition.
  • Lead high-performing teams across all accounting functions by setting clear KPIs and development pathways.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required
  • 15+ years of progressive accounting experience with senior leadership roles
  • Expertise in IFRS and US GAAP financial reporting standards
  • Proven track record leading large, multi-functional teams in complex environments
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep experience in revenue recognition and contract-related accounting
