Lead Product Manager - Technical joins the Technology Strategy and Operations team to support the evolution of COSI, a platform providing data-driven views of technology investments, capacity, operational costs, and product performance. This role involves partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business stakeholders to define requirements, manage backlogs, and deliver new capabilities for cost transparency and reporting. The successful candidate will translate complex financial and operational needs into user stories while managing dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives. Key technical competencies include experience with enterprise platforms, financial systems, system integrations, data flows, APIs, and enterprise architecture. Preferred tools include Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Domo, Jira, Aha!, and Confluence. The role focuses on solving the business problem of providing consistent visibility into technology investments to support strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and automated reporting solutions.
Execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the COSI technology cost transparency platform.
Manage product discovery, requirements gathering, backlog management, and feature prioritization for multiple initiatives.
Translate complex business, financial, and operational requirements into clear user stories and delivery plans.
Drive the development of capabilities related to cost transparency, capacity management, and financial reporting.
Partner with Engineering teams to refine requirements, manage dependencies, and remove blockers during execution.
Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead roadmap planning activities including initiative sizing, prioritization, and release readiness.
Promote agile best practices to ensure high-quality requirements and predictable delivery outcomes.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management, or related roles within enterprise technology organizations.
Demonstrated ability to convert business objectives and stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements and engineering-ready backlogs.
Strong experience partnering with Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Solid understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs, and enterprise architecture concepts.
Experience with Agile methodologies, product road mapping, backlog management, and release planning.
Familiarity with financial planning, allocation methodologies, technology investment reporting, or cost management concepts (preferred); experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Domo, Jira, Aha!, or Confluence (preferred).
