What you'll do

  • Execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the COSI technology cost transparency platform.
  • Manage product discovery, requirements gathering, backlog management, and feature prioritization for multiple initiatives.
  • Translate complex business, financial, and operational requirements into clear user stories and delivery plans.
  • Drive the development of capabilities related to cost transparency, capacity management, and financial reporting.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to refine requirements, manage dependencies, and remove blockers during execution.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead roadmap planning activities including initiative sizing, prioritization, and release readiness.
  • Promote agile best practices to ensure high-quality requirements and predictable delivery outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management, or related roles within enterprise technology organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert business objectives and stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements and engineering-ready backlogs.
  • Strong experience partnering with Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Solid understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs, and enterprise architecture concepts.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, product road mapping, backlog management, and release planning.
  • Familiarity with financial planning, allocation methodologies, technology investment reporting, or cost management concepts (preferred); experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Domo, Jira, Aha!, or Confluence (preferred).
