The Lead Product Manager - Technical joins the Technology Strategy and Operations organization to support the evolution of COSI, a technology cost transparency and investment management platform. This role involves partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business stakeholders to define requirements, manage priorities, and deliver new capabilities. You will own product discovery, backlog management, and feature prioritization while translating complex financial and operational requirements into clear user stories and delivery plans. Key responsibilities include driving execution for technology cost transparency, capacity management, and operational analytics. Required skills include experience in technical product management, Agile methodologies, and system integrations involving APIs and data flows. Candidates should possess experience with enterprise platforms, financial systems, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Domo, Jira, Aha!, or Confluence.
Execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the COSI technology cost transparency platform.
Own product discovery, requirements gathering, backlog management, and feature prioritization for multiple initiatives.
Translate complex business and financial requirements into clear user stories and delivery plans.
Drive the delivery of capabilities for technology cost transparency, capacity management, and financial reporting.
Partner with Engineering teams to refine requirements, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.
Monitor product performance, platform health, and adoption metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Support roadmap planning activities including initiative sizing, dependency management, and release readiness.
Promote agile product management best practices to ensure high-quality requirements and predictable delivery.
What we're looking for
Experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management, or related roles within enterprise technology organizations.
Demonstrated ability to convert business objectives and stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements and engineering-ready backlogs.
Strong experience partnering with Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience working with enterprise platforms, financial systems, reporting solutions, analytics products, or internal business applications.
Solid understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs, and enterprise architecture concepts.
Experience with Agile methodologies, product road mapping, backlog management, and release planning.
Familiarity with financial planning, allocation methodologies, technology investment reporting, or cost management concepts (preferred).
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Domo, or similar platforms (preferred).
Experience working with Jira, Aha!, Confluence, or equivalent product management tooling (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
