The role addresses complex data engineering challenges by evolving the platform into an agent-native system featuring conversational intent, automated governance, and self-healing architectures to provide trusted, cost-optimized data for real-time analytics and decisioning.

What you'll do

Define the long-term vision and strategy for the enterprise OneStream data pipeline product portfolio.
Lead the execution of next-generation product features and modern self-service capabilities.
Manage and coach a high-performing team of product managers to deliver iterative value.
Partner with tech, design, risk, and architecture teams to build a modern data ecosystem.
Influence customers across all major lines of business to understand and meet their needs.
Drive the development of agent-native data platforms using automated governance and self-healing architectures.
Identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks across the organization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
Experience within a large, data-intensive multi-line of business environment with significant complexity and scale (preferred).
3+ years of experience in people leadership (preferred).
5+ years of experience in innovative technology environments (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience influencing senior executives and technical engineering partners (preferred).
