TL;DR · Director, Product Management, agentOS Builder & Governance

The Director, Product Management - agentOS Builder & Governance leads the Agent Builder, identity, and governance initiatives for the agentOS platform. This role owns the product model, user experience, and integration requirements for unified login, delegated authority, entitlements, and risk-appropriate controls. You will define the strategy for agent identity models, lifecycle governance, and risk classification while designing creation paths for configurable agents. Key responsibilities include ensuring traceability to authority and policy while partnering with Security, Risk, and Engineering teams. The role requires technical fluency in APIs, cloud platforms, identity protocols, and non-human identity, alongside practical AI fluency. You must possess financial-services domain knowledge to manage data sensitivity, auditability, and operational controls within a complex enterprise platform environment involving multi-tenant authorization and agent risk classification.

What you'll do

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for Agent Builder, identity and access, authorization, and lifecycle governance.
  • Create a consistent login and access experience across all Fiserv products and cores.
  • Define identity models for tenants, organizations, users, groups, roles, services, and agents.
  • Determine how agents access tools and data while preserving traceability to identity and policy.
  • Own the Agent Risk Classifier to connect risk tiers to permissions, approvals, and monitoring.
  • Design creation paths for agents using templates, configurable models, and from-scratch authoring.
  • Manage the full lifecycle experience from draft and testing to publication, retirement, and audit history.
  • Translate security and compliance policies into intuitive controls for administrators and operators.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of product management experience with enterprise platforms, IAM, security, governance, workflow, fintech, SaaS, or developer products.
  • Hands-on experience with identity, authentication, authorization, roles, permissions, entitlements, delegated administration, or platform administration.
  • Strong technical fluency across APIs, cloud platforms, identity protocols, non-human identity, data access, auditability, and security.
  • Practical AI fluency, including using AI-assisted tools to create workflows, prototypes, requirements, evaluations, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Financial-services domain fluency, including organizational roles, approval authority, data sensitivity, auditability, and operational controls.
  • Strong product-design judgment and the ability to work directly with Engineering and Architecture on complex platform experiences.
  • Experience with enterprise IAM, agent identity, delegated authority, or multi-tenant authorization models (preferred).
  • Experience with AI governance, agent risk classification, or lifecycle controls for AI-enabled systems (preferred).
