The Senior Manager, Product Management, AI Agents leads the definition, development, and launch of first-party and partner-supported AI agents for regulated financial-services workflows on agentOS. This role involves identifying high-value use cases through discovery and translating complex workflows into agent behaviors, journeys, and data requirements. You will define deterministic logic, model reasoning, and tool use while creating product narratives, wireframes, and golden cases. The position requires practical AI fluency across LLMs, prompt design, and evaluation, alongside technical proficiency in APIs, cloud platforms, and security. You will solve problems in banking core, cards, payments, fraud, and merchant acceptance. Key tools and ecosystems include AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, LangChain, and MCP to ensure production-ready experiences with clear source-of-truth hierarchies and safe fallback behaviors.
Develop domain-specific golden cases including expected outcomes, edge cases, and production-readiness thresholds.
Partner with engineering teams on orchestration, data access, integrations, evaluations, and monitoring.
Lead client validation, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement based on production evidence and feedback.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in product management, solution design, enterprise software, fintech, AI products, or financial-services technology.
Deep operating or product expertise in banking core, cards, payments, merchant acceptance, fraud, disputes, servicing, or financial operations.
Demonstrated ability to translate real workflows, decisions, exceptions, controls, and data into agent requirements and outcomes.
Practical AI fluency across LLMs, AI agents, prompt and context design, prototyping, evaluation, and human-approved action workflows.
Demonstrated use of AI-assisted tools to independently create executive-ready decks, product narratives, workflow models, wireframes, and functional prototypes.
Strong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, data flows, cloud platforms, governance, security, auditability, and production readiness.
Experience launching AI agents, workflow automation, conversational AI, or enterprise AI applications into production (preferred).
Experience with AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, or similar ecosystems (preferred).
