What you'll do

Build, lead, and scale a distributed team of Technical Program Managers.
Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact enterprise programs including roadmaps, budgets, and resourcing models.
Establish real-time, automated program transparency using dashboards and agentic workflows.
Define and maintain governance structures, including charters, steering committees, and decision rights.
Deliver executive-level dashboards and strategic insights to senior leadership.
Lead organizational readiness and measurable adoption for new technologies and processes.
Manage strategic vendor relationships and contract negotiations for business transformation.
Define and track metrics to improve execution quality, predictability, and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience leading technical programs or teams.
5+ years of experience managing and scaling TPM organizations in complex, matrixed environments.
Strong technical depth in large-scale engineering, cloud/data platforms, enterprise efficiency technologies, and AI.
Proven ability to drive strategy, align cross-functional stakeholders, manage risk, and lead organizational change.
Experience deploying AI agents and agentic platforms (preferred).
Expertise in cloud migrations at scale (preferred).
