What you'll do

Lead technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives.
Set direction and governance for agentic AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation.
Own the engineering strategy and execution for a Content and Experimentation platform.
Drive cloud-native delivery on AWS focusing on reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
Establish platform governance for experimentation including feature flags and A/B testing.
Partner with stakeholders to define platform roadmaps, SLAs, and measurable outcomes.
Manage team resources, budgets, tactical operations, and coding decisions.
Deliver technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domains.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within a domain of expertise.
Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
Experience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologists, including hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
Experience leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering practices and responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Practical cloud-native experience with strong AWS knowledge for building and running scalable platforms.
Hands-on leadership experience designing and operating content delivery and experimentation capabilities in a multi-team environment.
Experience with content management platforms (CMS) and content lifecycle concerns (preferred).
