What you'll do

Lead technology and process implementations to achieve functional objectives across the department.

Drive the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI tools while ensuring security and quality guardrails.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
10+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within a domain of expertise.
Experience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologists.
Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
Experience leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering practices using enterprise-authorized tools.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use, control expectations, and governance in engineering workflows.
Practical cloud native experience.
