What you'll do

Own the global engineering strategy and delivery for multimedia, broadcast, and digital signage platforms across all business lines.
Lead end-to-end engineering for meeting rooms and collaboration environments using Cisco, Zoom, and certified hardware integrations.
Design and integrate production environments including control rooms, media signal transport, and large-scale hybrid collaboration spaces.
Establish global AV standards, room taxonomies, and lifecycle management for scalable infrastructure deployments.
Manage the infrastructure and content distribution architecture for IPTV and digital signage platforms.
Govern multimedia inventory and asset management practices integrated with enterprise systems of record.
Lead vendor strategy and ecosystem management including RFI/RFP processes and strategic partnership development.
Ensure operational excellence and reliability for mission-critical multimedia environments through monitoring and incident management.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
10+ years of applied experience in infrastructure engineering.
Experience building and operating inventory, asset lifecycle, and system-of-record integrations for large-scale endpoint estates.
Deep understanding of end-to-end Audio Visual and multimedia system lifecycles including design, commissioning, and decommissioning.
Proven experience delivering high-availability, mission-critical platforms for executive environments or broadcast events.
Expertise in service delivery models, operational frameworks, and incident management.
Strong knowledge of enterprise security, risk, and control requirements for infrastructure engineering.
Ability to manage engineering financials including cost models and budget accountability.
