What you'll do

  • Oversee wafer fabrication operations and engineering for both production and advanced technology development.
  • Lead a large organization including process engineering, integration, equipment engineering, and wafer fab operations.
  • Manage personnel through a hierarchy of managers to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance within the manufacturing environment.
  • Align engineering and operations with mission-critical program priorities and business objectives.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, work prioritization, and cross-functional alignment for the wafer fabrication enterprise.
  • Translate customer commitments and technical requirements into actionable operational plans and workforce priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with security, export control, and contractual requirements in a high-consequence defense environment.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years related leadership experience in semiconductor-related operations, manufacturing, engineering, advanced manufacturing environments, and/or program management (preferred: 15 years).
  • Demonstrated success leading managers and cross-functional teams in complex manufacturing environments, including large organizations operating in 24/7 settings.
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, national security, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments with mission-critical requirements.
  • Proven ability to drive operational, organizational, and technology transformations while improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to translate program requirements into operational plans and workforce priorities.
