What you'll do

Design and implement L3/L4 network topologies including BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN fabrics, and SDN overlays across on-prem and cloud environments.
Build and manage cloud networking components such as VPC/VNet topologies, transit gateways, load balancers, and inter-cloud connectivity.
Engineer security controls including VRF segmentation, ACLs, encryption, and DDoS protections to ensure zero-trust compliance.
Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible while maintaining GitOps practices and automated CI/CD pipelines.
Implement monitoring systems using streaming telemetry and flow logs to define SLIs/SLOs and perform capacity planning.
Lead complex change events and on-call responses to resolve high-priority incidents and minimize network downtime.
Create technical documentation, including design diagrams, runbooks, and inventory records for cross-team transparency.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in network engineering.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience designing and operating L3/L4 network services across data centers and cloud environments is required.
Proficiency in BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, EVPN/VXLAN fabrics, and SDN overlays is required.
Experience with cloud networking (VPC/VNet, TGW, PrivateLink) and load balancing (L4/L7) is required.
Ability to implement network security controls including VRFs, ACLs, IPsec, TLS, and zero-trust architectures.
Proficiency in automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, and GitOps practices is required.
Experience with monitoring systems including SNMP, NetFlow/IPFIX, and telemetry for SLI/SLO tracking is required.
