Director, IT

What you'll do

• Manage and motivate cross-functional business and IT teams to deliver robust end-to-end solutions.
• Coordinate functional architecture and maintain design integrity for complex global business applications.
• Develop new business models, processes, and products in collaboration with business owners.
• Manage the integration of supply chain network partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive the implementation of IT strategies that align with corporate vision and goals.
• Ensure systems and processes remain competitive within a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategies in a complex, global business environment.
• Strong understanding of business process architecture and build integrity.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
