What you'll do

  • Manage insurance product execution calendar from design to filing and ongoing optimization.
  • Implement ACA filing components across Oscar's markets and oversee development of key artifacts.
  • Establish QA frameworks, validation processes, and quality standards for regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as escalation point for vendors supporting product execution and QA, managing performance.
  • Lead team members responsible for product execution and QA, setting priorities and expectations.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in insurance product execution and regulatory filings.
  • 5+ years managing people and leading complex QA workflows.
  • Deep understanding of ACA and state-specific health insurance regulatory environments.
  • Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and coordinate with senior leaders.
  • Experience implementing controls, documentation standards, and version management.
  • Strong project management skills for partner calendars and meeting rhythms.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, healthcare, or a quantitative field.
