For the Network team, you will own the product strategy for provider data reconciliation and quality, enhancing transparency and operational control through advanced ETL pipelines and self-service interfaces, ensuring high-quality provider data and seamless conflict resolution workflows. You must have extensive experience in product management, cross-functional collaboration, and technical systems understanding, with a preference for strong analytical skills and influence across all levels of leadership.

What you'll do

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for domains reshaped by AI in insurance technology platforms.
  • Lead work combining core insurance technologies with LLM-powered medical record review and anomaly detection.
  • Define product strategy for provider data reconciliation, quality tooling, and operational configurability.
  • Drive explainability of complex ETL pipelines and reconciliation logic to ensure transparency.
  • Enable self-service operations by building configuration interfaces that shift control from engineering to business operators.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years of driving rigorous prioritization processes
  • 3+ years of leading complex, cross-domain initiatives
  • Strong understanding of tech systems and basic technology infrastructure
  • Experience in root-causing ambiguous problems and building roadmaps
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategy definition
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data for decision-making
