This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational discipline throughout the filing lifecycle. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in product, analytics, or insurance roles, with familiarity with ACA plan design concepts and proficiency in Excel for data management.
Support development of ACA filings by creating product-specific components like benefits and cost-sharing structures.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across filing artifacts and internal systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve regulatory objections and implement updates efficiently.
Maintain trackers and documentation for monitoring filing deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
Validate product data and support quality assurance processes before submission to ensure compliance.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in product, analytics, strategy, consulting, or insurance-related roles.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Experience with ACA individual and QHP products (including Small Group).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Familiarity with ACA plan design concepts such as EHB’s and limit language.
Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities.
