What you'll do

  • Develop insurance plan designs, including benefits, cost-sharing, and network structures.
  • Translate strategic direction into detailed benefit configurations adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accurate reflection of plan designs across internal systems and regulatory filings.
  • Validate benefit structures with actuarial, regulatory, and compliance teams for accuracy.
  • Support the product lifecycle from design through filing, implementation, and launch readiness.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts in product design and filing workflows to enhance efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of health insurance product design or ACA benefit design experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, healthcare, economics, finance)
  • Knowledge of ACA and small group plan design including cost-sharing structures
  • Experience with regulatory filings and filing artifacts such as PBTs, SOBs, SBCs
  • Strong attention to detail managing complex benefit configurations across systems
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams (actuarial, finance, regulatory)
  • Demonstrated skill in analyzing data to support design and execution decisions
