What you'll do

  • Design and engineer PAM reference patterns including JIT/JEA, session isolation, vault topology, and secrets management.
  • Lead the hands-on engineering of platform configurations, integrations, automation, and credential rotation.
  • Govern privileged-account onboarding standards, exception requests, and break-glass procedures across all business units.
  • Drive the discovery, vaulting, monitoring, and governance of both human and non-human identities.
  • Integrate privileged-access controls across cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and security operations teams.
  • Manage the PAM platform and vendor relationships while reporting risk posture and metrics to leadership.
  • Remediate coverage gaps and ensure compliance with audit requirements for privileged access.

What we're looking for

  • 14+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on privileged access management or identity and access management.
  • Experience designing and driving enterprise or global PAM architecture, operating models, or control frameworks across multiple business units.
  • Hands-on experience engineering enterprise PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
  • Experience working independently across IAM, security operations, cloud, infrastructure, and audit teams to reduce risk and support control evidence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience governing non-human/service-account and secrets management at scale (preferred).
  • CISSP, CISM, or a relevant PAM platform leadership/practitioner certification (preferred).
  • Experience managing globally distributed or matrixed teams and services (preferred).
