The Senior Identity Specialist joins the Corporate Information Technology organization to drive the strategy, design, and continuous enhancement of the global Identity Services ecosystem. Reporting to the Director – Enterprise Identity, this role involves designing, building, and automating identity services while securing them against new threats. Key responsibilities include leading migrations, integrating services, and mentoring support teams through documentation and online sessions. The successful candidate will utilize expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and CyberArk. They must manage identity lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with security standards such as SOX, GxP, and GDPR. This position solves complex identity and access management problems to protect global businesses and brands within the life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology product areas.
