Lead Cybersecurity Product Management, Network Security

What you'll do

• Develop and communicate risk-based, data-driven strategies and outcome-driven roadmaps for enterprise security services.
• Analyze and select security alternatives based on threat, risk, desirability, feasibility, and viability.
• Advise executive decision makers on business and technology risks grounded in the current threat landscape.
• Facilitate build vs. buy decisions to identify optimal strategies for addressing business and technology risks.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes to assess the market and procure effective cybersecurity solutions.
• Lead product backlog grooming to translate vision into detailed initiatives, epics, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Establish product value propositions, metrics, and key performance indicators for security solutions.
• Recruit, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve high-performance results.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 4 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology.
• At least 2 years of experience translating cybersecurity strategy and analysis into product requirements.
• Experience managing multiple high-visibility enterprise cybersecurity projects with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience with cloud-based or on-prem network security services and products (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in scaled agile product management (preferred).
• Work authorization .
