Lead Cybersecurity Product Management (Network Security)

What you'll do

• Develop risk-based, data-driven roadmaps for enterprise security services and capabilities in partnership with stakeholders.
• Analyze and select cybersecurity solutions based on threat, risk, desirability, feasibility, and viability.
• Advise executive decision-makers on business and technology risks grounded in the current threat landscape.
• Facilitate build vs. buy decisions to identify optimal strategies for addressing organizational security risks.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes to assess the market and procure effective cyber solutions.
• Manage product backlogs by translating vision into detailed initiatives, epics, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Establish product value propositions, metrics, and key indicators to measure success.
• Recruit, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 4 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology.
• At least 2 years of experience translating cybersecurity strategy and analysis into product requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.
• 6+ years of experience with cloud based or on-prem network security services and products like WAF, Bot Management, and DDoS Mitigation.
• 6+ years of experience in scaled agile product management.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud security.
• Work authorization.
