Director, Information Security Office AI/ML

What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert guiding technical teams to protect large enterprise assets.
• Implement technology best practices for risk mitigation regarding security operations center alerts and cases.
• Evaluate and mitigate threats from external actors by engaging with internal teams and industry partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, data protection, and associate safety across the organization.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive automation for analysis efficiency, containment, and remediation.
• Deliver continuous monitoring and response capabilities in collaboration with other CSOC leaders.
• Use operational data to drive decisions regarding resource allocation and threat mitigation.
• Provide technical advisory and leadership to the Senior Director.

What we're looking for

• At least 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity or information technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in Application Development.
• At least 5 years of experience with Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
• Subject matter expertise in Cyber Security Operations Centers including SIEM, SOAR, and investigative methods.
• Experience securing Generative AI platforms, customer servicing agents, and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with technologies such as Docker, Microservices, Serverless, APIs, and DevOps.
• Professional Security Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Security+, CEH, SANS GIAC 503 or 504, or AWS Security.
• Work authorization that require immigration support from an employer.
