What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in performance/user acquisition marketing for consumer mobile apps.
  • Proven track record of managing significant UA budgets and hands-on execution.
  • Experience scaling a B2C app from growth stage to broad market adoption.
  • Expertise in multiple app install channels including Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Meta, TikTok.
  • Strong command of mobile measurement tools like MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer), SKAN/ATT.
  • Creative intuition and ability to lead hypothesis-driven testing frameworks for ad creative.
  • Experience building and managing small-to-mid-sized UA teams in a fast-paced environment.
