What we're looking for

  • Ten years of experience in manufacturing, EHS, quality control, or supply chain management
  • Five years of Plant Manager or Large Value Stream Manager experience
  • Experience and certification in Lean Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Proven leadership ability with a history of leading high-performance teams
  • Effective communication skills and strong HOO process commitment
  • Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial accounting
