  • Build a continuous learning engine to convert insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Represent CAIP CSAs in shaping near-term priorities and long-term direction globally.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, or related field
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft’s CAIP products and offerings for SMBs
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable execution mechanisms
  • Strong product and technical passion with knowledge of competitive landscape
