What you'll do

  • Define and orchestrate strategic go-to-market plans across marketing, field, customer success, and partner functions.
  • Influence worldwide strategy by enabling cross-functional collaboration and driving GTM impact with business metrics.
  • Identify long-range growth opportunities and investment plans to maximize market performance and sustainable growth.
  • Own revenue and KPIs, partnering with finance and senior leadership for strategic insights and initiatives.
  • Ensure Regional Leadership has necessary resources and enablement to run the business effectively locally.
  • Serve as an executive-level product advocate, providing global thought leadership across solution areas and shaping strategy.
  • Model, coach, and care as a people leader by defining team objectives and enabling success across boundaries.

What we're looking for

  • At least 12 years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding product/solution portfolios within complex organizations.
  • Strong expertise in driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration in multinational/matrixed environments.
  • Experience defining and executing strategic go-to-market plans across marketing, field, customer success, finance, and partner functions.
  • Ability to influence worldwide strategy and enable cross-functional collaboration for GTM impact.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cultivating and developing a talented team through employee growth and performance management.
