  • Own product positioning by defining value propositions and consistent messaging with partners.
  • Translate strategies into scalable execution plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Drive global partner co-sell execution plans and improve sales approaches continuously.
  • Build a continuous learning engine converting insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Represent AIBS CSAs in global strategy, shaping priorities based on field signals.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, or related field
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft’s AIBS products and offerings for SMBs
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable execution mechanisms
  • Strong product and technical passion with knowledge of Microsoft's portfolio
  • Experience in SMB customer segments and digital-native markets
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and executive presence skills
