  • Build a continuous learning engine converting performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Represent Security CSAs in shaping near-term and long-term go-to-market strategy.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years experience in near-term strategy, management consulting, sales, or finance.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft’s Security products and offerings for SMBs.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic vision into scalable execution plans.
  • Strong track record in field enablement and readiness for complex business models.
  • Effective communication skills with executive presence and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field plus significant experience in sales, IT, or consulting.
