What you'll do

Design and develop highly available, scalable, and distributed applications and enterprise data platforms.
Lead high-level, cross-functional architecture design efforts to produce cross-company strategic designs.
Oversee the technical implementation and deployment of major technology initiatives and cross-divisional components.
Perform data modeling using dimensional and Data Vault approaches to support resilient data architecture.
Implement best-in-class engineering practices for development, testing, and production environments.
Champion modern DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration practices using Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Research and recommend emerging technologies and architectures aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
Provide technical supervision and mentorship to support team performance and career development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or a related field and six years of experience as a Director, Full Stack Engineering.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or a related field and four years of experience as a Director, Full Stack Engineering.
Experience designing and delivering analytics applications in an Agile and financial services environment using AWS, Snowflake, Oracle, and Python.
Expertise architecting and engineering traditional and real-time streaming data platforms using AWS, Snowflake, Oracle, and Python for containerization and orchestration.
Expertise implementing enterprise cloud-based data pipeline solutions using Snowflake, AWS Cloud, Oracle, Postgres, and Hadoop.
Experience automating data pipelines using Control-M and AWS Event Bridge, and deploying pipelines using CI/CD, Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
Expertise in data modeling using dimensional (Star and Snowflake) and Data Vault techniques, including type 1, 2, and 3 dimensional structures.
Experience supporting onshore/offshore development and maintenance projects using Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum.
