As a Director, Full Stack Engineer, you will lead multiple product-focused software engineering teams to develop scalable, customer-centric solutions for banking in the cloud. You will manage the full lifecycle of system development, from conception through architecture, implementation, and production support. What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 5 years of people management experience.
At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and data architecture.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred).
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, web technologies, distributed HPC/ML systems, cloud computing, and data architecture (preferred).
10+ years of professional experience coding in languages like Go, Java, JavaScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala (preferred).
8+ years of experience with database and database management systems (preferred).
10+ years of experience in full lifecycle system development, networking protocols, and mentoring senior engineers (preferred).
