What you'll do

Lead and manage multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
Mentor engineers and managers to drive professional and technical development.
Define long-term technical strategy, architecture standards, and platform roadmaps.
Oversee the transition of monolithic applications into microservice architectures.
Ensure the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of all solutions.
Deploy new and existing applications into AWS environments.
Align product roadmaps with scalable technology capabilities in partnership with executive leaders.
Drive talent strategy including recruitment, succession planning, and skill development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred).
At least 5 years of people management experience.
At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and data architecture.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and data architecture (preferred).
10+ years of professional experience coding in languages such as Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala (preferred).
8+ years of experience with database management systems (preferred).
8+ years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies (preferred).
