What you'll do

Lead the operation, maintenance, and reliability of fuel cell systems and backup generator infrastructure.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), emergency protocols, and maintenance strategies for power assets.
Manage the commissioning, acceptance, and turnover of new fuel cell generation equipment and electrical infrastructure.
Oversee technical performance metrics including system availability, efficiency, and equipment health reporting.
Serve as the senior escalation point for high-severity incidents involving power generation failures or outages.
Build and scale specialized teams to support mission-critical data center power operations.
Manage strategic partnerships with fuel cell technology providers, utilities, and other critical service organizations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or equivalent technical experience.
10+ years of experience in the field.
Significant experience operating, maintaining, commissioning, engineering, or supporting fuel cell power generation systems.
Strong knowledge of fuel cell technology and its application in continuous power generation environments.
Experience integrating primary generation systems with critical electrical loads and backup/emergency generator systems.
Demonstrated leadership experience building and developing technical operations, maintenance, field service, or engineering teams.
Experience establishing operating procedures, maintenance programs, and operational readiness processes.
Leadership experience within a fuel cell technology, power generation, field service, or technical operations organization (preferred).
