What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a globally distributed team of test automation and quality engineers.

  • Define the test automation strategy, coverage goals, and release readiness criteria across all platforms.
  • Manage test data, environments, and tooling required to support continuous releases.
  • Coach engineers through technical mentorship, code reviews, and best-practice guidance for test design.
  • Validate data integrity and reliability for biosensor and CGM ingestion systems using automated checks.
  • Ensure compliance and audit readiness by producing maintainable evidence from automated pipelines.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in software quality, test automation, or software engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing engineers.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks and infrastructure.
  • Experience with mobile automation for iOS and/or Android and testing consumer-facing applications at scale.
  • Experience with API and service-level testing, including contract and integration testing patterns.
  • Proficiency in scalable automation frameworks such as PyTest, Playwright, Jest, or REST Assured.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, and compliance requirements like HIPAA, GDPR, and medical device standards.
