Director, Cyber Threat Intelligence

What you'll do

• Lead a team of cyber threat analysts to perform strategic and technical analysis of key threats.
• Identify and prioritize information security threats while advising partners on risks and mitigations.
• Track and defend against emerging threat tactics, techniques, and procedures in collaboration with defensive teams.
• Advise senior leadership and the CISO on cyber trends, legislation, and impacts on security posture.
• Develop engineering solutions to automate repetitive intelligence processes and improve data collection and analysis.
• Integrate internal security telemetry with external threat intelligence to improve detection and prioritization.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate CTI platforms with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability management tools.
• Evaluate emerging technologies like AI and machine learning to enhance analyst workflows and intelligence gathering.

What we're looking for

• A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Candidates must have at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• You must possess expert knowledge of the cyber threat landscape and ability to communicate threats to senior leadership.
• You must demonstrate advanced technical understanding of tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with malicious cyber activity and organized crime.
• Experience is required in establishing collection, analyzing, and actioning threat intelligence through enrichment, correlation, and attribution.
• Strong experience with offensive security tactics, including DDoS, malware, phishing, and vulnerabilities is required.
• Technical experience with tools such as Passive DNS, Virus Total Intelligence, and URLScan is required.
• Deep experience working with industry-wide frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK is required.
