What you'll do

  • Lead strategy and execution for property management, compliance, and site services across hyperscale data centers.

  • Oversee logistics, audit and compliance management, building administration, and asset management functions.

What we're looking for

  • 7-10+ years of experience in property management, real estate, land use, entitlements, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of leadership managing teams in high-growth, regulated environments.
  • Strong background supporting large-scale industrial or data center property portfolios.
  • Deep familiarity with zoning, permitting, and jurisdictional compliance processes.
  • Experience leading logistics, audit & compliance, building administration, and asset management functions.
  • Ability to manage complex property-related risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Oversee portfolio-level tracking mechanisms for critical property milestones and regulatory deadlines.
