What you'll do

  • Deep familiarity with zoning, permitting, and jurisdictional compliance processes.
  • Experience working directly with municipalities, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
  • Lead logistics, audit & compliance, building administration, and asset management functions.
  • Provide executive reporting on portfolio health, risks, and critical-path dependencies.
