What you'll do

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of building automation systems for data center facilities.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of BMS, controls integration, and OT network support.
  • Partner with design and construction teams to review controls architecture and integration requirements.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and escalation support for complex automation system issues.
  • Ensure documentation quality and configuration control across all automation systems.
  • Support OT cybersecurity compliance by coordinating with security and infrastructure teams.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in building automation, controls engineering, or mission-critical facility automation
  • Proven leadership in managing engineers and technical programs within an OT environment
  • Strong knowledge of BMS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and OT network fundamentals across multi-vendor systems
  • Experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and post-occupancy support of automation systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience accepted
  • Expertise in industrial cybersecurity concepts and compliance standards like IEC 62443 or NIST 800-82
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Ignition, Niagara, Johnson Controls
