As Director of Operations for Critical Infrastructure at OCI data center campuses, you will lead the day-to-day operations, risk management, and maintenance performance of mission-critical electrical, mechanical, and building infrastructure systems. This hands-on role involves managing site-level operational teams responsible for power generation, cooling systems, and life safety systems, ensuring high availability and uptime. You will enforce consistent execution of standard operating procedures, coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure operability in new projects, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance practices and incident response. Ideal candidates have over 10 years of experience in mission-critical operations environments, a strong understanding of MEP systems, and familiarity with CMMS, SCADA, BMS, EPMS, and power monitoring platforms. This role requires regular attendance and flexibility to support 24/7 operations.
