  • Proven ability to set technical standards and govern large-scale automation projects
  • Strong background in OT cybersecurity and compliance with industry frameworks
  • Experience leading teams across multiple sites and regions in a technical role
  • Visionary leadership with excellent communication skills for executive-level engagement
  • Familiarity with major BMS platforms like Schneider Electric, Siemens, Rockwell, etc.
