What you'll do

  • Lead maintenance execution and operational support across mission-critical data center environments.
  • Expand in-house self-perform maintenance capability to improve control and service quality.
  • Establish and track KPIs for maintenance completion, backlog health, MTTR, and vendor performance.
  • Ensure strong contractor management practices including performance oversight and compliance adherence.
  • Drive standardization of service procedures and governance mechanisms across all service teams.
  • Champion safety and compliance in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.
  • Identify systemic risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in facilities operations or maintenance leadership in mission-critical environments.
  • Proven track record leading service teams and vendor organizations in data centers or similar uptime-critical settings.
  • Expertise in critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure, including cooling systems, HVAC, power distribution, and related maintenance workflows.
  • Experience establishing performance metrics, operational governance, and standardized service practices across multiple sites.
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, DCIM, and other systems supporting service planning and execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent technical experience also valued.
