What you'll do

  • Define and execute the Life Sciences practice strategy, including target segments, portfolio offerings, and revenue goals.
  • Act as the primary executive point of contact for strategic Life Sciences accounts to drive growth and delivery.
  • Translate complex client business needs into actionable data and AI programs on Snowflake platforms.
  • Develop repeatable intellectual property and packaged service offerings based on common industry challenges.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal development, SOW negotiation, and margin management.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for all client delivery issues, resource conflicts, and quality concerns.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants and engagement managers within the Life Sciences practice.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences and events to establish thought leadership in the life sciences space.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
  • Master's degree (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting or professional services with a track record of leading and growing client accounts.
  • 5+ years of experience serving Life Sciences clients including pharma, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, or CROs.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership including revenue, margin, and utilization targets.
  • Executive presence and established relationships at the VP and C-level in Life Sciences organizations.
  • Working knowledge of modern data stacks and cloud platforms like Snowflake to shape data, analytics, and AI programs.
  • Familiarity with regulated delivery standards such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity, and validation.
  • Experience building and leading teams of consultants, engagement managers, and architects.
  • Strong commercial skills including proposal development, pricing, margin management, and contract negotiation.
  • Proven ability to define practice strategy, target sub-segments, and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Experience selling through partner ecosystems like Snowflake or IBM (preferred).
  • Depth in specific Life Sciences domains such as clinical operations, pharmacovigilance, or manufacturing (preferred).
  • Experience packaging services into repeatable offerings and representing a practice through thought leadership (preferred).
