Director, AI & Data Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Design AI and data solution architectures to modernize client platforms and align technical direction with business goals.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate complex business challenges into Generative AI and data modernization concepts.
• Create scalable architecture patterns using LLM APIs, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, and LLMOps practices.
• Develop solution roadmaps that integrate AI, data science, cloud services, and digital tools into actionable plans.
• Guide the development of prompt engineering, context engineering, and conversational programming for specific client use cases.
• Oversee evaluation methods for AI outputs, including guardrails and model performance in production environments.
• Advise executive stakeholders on AI fluency, operating model changes, and human-AI collaboration opportunities.
• Drive innovation through rapid experimentation and the adoption of emerging AI platforms and frameworks.

What we're looking for

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 9 years of experience.
• Experience directing AI and data architecture for client-facing transformation programs (preferred).
• Ability to translate generative AI strategy into scalable solution roadmaps (preferred).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and LLMOps (preferred).
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Services, or Google Vertex AI (preferred).
• Experience building agent orchestration, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership in data modernization across multiple engagements (preferred).
